Undefeated Saison (2021 Vintage)

In the summer of 1972, Miami’s own football team began a campaign of perfection that no other organization had ever achieved – or has ever matched. This beer is made in honor of that achievement.

Each football season has its own unique storylines, and this year’s vintage is no different. Undefeated Saison was aged for over two years in Napa Valley Chardonnay barrels and finished with a still presentation to best resemble a juicy white wine. It bursts with intense flavors of apple, stone fruit, soft oak, and Pinot Gris and Chardonnay juices.
