Atlantic Giant Belgo-Pumpkin Ale

We partnered with the Atlantic Hotel to create this beer, who roasted and donated to us a huge 1000 lb. Atlantic Giant pumpkin that was on display in their lobby. When they brought the pumpkin in last month, we were amazed: it was beautifully roasted and caramelized, with an unbelievable pumpkin aroma! We knew we had to do something high gravity with it, so we turned it into an 7% Belgian strong ale with loads of pumpkin flavor and a subtle blend of pumpkin spices and vanilla. The result is absolutely delectable, sticky, and slightly sweet. Enjoy!
