With all unbeaten teams down, we’re set to release 750ml bottles of Undefeated Saison in the tap room on Saturday, December 4th!

In the summer of 1972, Miami’s own football team began a campaign of perfection that no other organization had ever achieved. Undefeated Saison is made in honor of that legendary team.

Each football season has its own unique storylines, and this year’s vintage is no different. Undefeated Saison was aged for over two years in Napa Valley Chardonnay barrels and finished with a still presentation to best resemble a juicy white wine. It bursts with intense flavors of apple, stone fruit, soft oak, and Pinot Gris and Chardonnay juices.

When the last undefeated pro team falls, we release this beer and send it to the head coach that beat the team. One bottle to celebrate and one bottle to sign and send back to the brewery. Afterwards, we release Undefeated Saison in the tap room to the very thirsty Miami fan base. Stay tuned for more info on this year’s release.
