Our flagship IPA drinks like an ode to hoppy goodness, with flavors of grapefruit, honey, melon, and pineapple mingle with a malt body that balances caramel and biscuit character with a pronounced dry finish. For this French Oak-Aged version, we take that another step by aging the beer on medium toast French oak spirals. The oak imparts flavors of honey, roasted nuts, and spice, creating an even more complex yet quaffable brew.
