If you refer someone who meets the qualifications for an existing open position, and we hire them, we will pay you a referral fee based on the level of the position.

All you need to do is tell the person to add your name to their application!!

Referee Eligibility:

All employees are eligible for a referral bonus with the exceptions of:

  • Employees that are directly involved in the hiring process

$750    – If you refer a Manager

$500    – If you refer for any Full Time positions

$275    – If you refer for any Part Time positions

Non-Eligible Referrals:

  • Any person who is a current employee (trying to move to another position)
  • Any person who is a past employee.

Program Highlights:

  • To be eligible for a bonus, the referring employee must add your name during the application process. Verbal mention on interviews will not qualify.
  • All referred candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with Constellation Brands policies and procedures
  • All information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential. Only if the referred candidate is successfully hired into the position will the employee be made aware of their status
  • We will accept referrals for open positions as soon as the job is posted, however qualified internal applicants will be considered first

Payment Terms:

  • Both the referring employee and the referred candidate must be active at the time that referral awards are paid
  • The referral bonus payment period will be based on start date of new hire, please see below pay cycle diagram.
  • The payment will appear in the referring employee’s regular paycheck in accordance with the normal pay cycle
  • Applicable taxes will be withheld from the cash award at the time payment is made to the referring employee
