Ingredients
–Chant IPA
-four ears of yellow corn (cut in half)
-chipotle mayo
-cotija cheese
-granulated garlic
-crushed red pepper
-fresh cilantro
-lime
Directions
-pour 12oz of Chant IPA and 12oz of water into a pot
-bring mixture to a boil
-add yellow corn with a few pinches of salt
-boil corn for 6 to 7 minutes
-remove corn and let drain
-place corn in a large bowl and add a generous amount of chipotle mayo so the corn is fully coated
-place corn on an oiled baking sheet
-add cotija cheese, granulated garlic, and crushed red pepper mixture to the top of corn
-bake at 450°F for 13 to 14 minutes
-top with fresh chopped cilantro and lime
-plate up and pair with Chant IPA
