Hola Amigos! We’re excited to introduce Paloma, our next release within the Mixology Series.

Paloma is a popular Mexican cocktail commonly made with tequila, lime juice, and grapefruit soda. To recreate this classic drink, we brewed a slightly tart ale with agave nectar, grapefruit, lime juice, and sea salt. The beer is then aged inside reposado tequila barrels to impart smoky, herbal sweetness and charred oak character.

Paloma will be available in 12oz bottle four-packs throughout the sunshine state starting in mid-February. Check the Funky Buddha Beer Finder for updates.
