We started off our Oakland Park brewery with just four fermentation vessels. Last week we installed three new 180 barrel fermentation vessels and one new bright tank, maxing out our current floorspace and bringing our production capacity to around 45,000 barrels a year. To put it another way, we can now produce 133,920 more pints of beer every two weeks!
