This drink is a festive take on the classic French 75, that ups the holiday spirit with the spruce-like aromas of fresh rosemary. Don’t scrimp on the fresh rosemary and lemon, which transforms this cocktail from good to legen-dary!
Ingredients:
- 1.25 oz gin
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz rosemary honey syrup (recipe below)
- 3 oz Funky Buddha Pink Grapefruit Hard Seltzer
- Fresh rosemary sprig for garnish
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in shaker tin, excluding Seltzer
- Add ice to shaker tin
- Shake vigorously, until tin is frosted over
- Strain into a champagne flute
- Top with Funky Buddha Pink Grapefruit Hard Seltzer
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig and enjoy
Rosemary Honey Syrup
Ingredients:
- 4 oz orange blossom honey
- 4 oz water
- 2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in saucepan over low heat and stir until honey is completely dissolved. Discard rosemary sprigs, transfer into a sealable glass jar, and store in refrigerator. Keeps up to 3 weeks.
