Undefeated Saison (2018-2020 Vintage)

In the summer of 1972, Miami’s own football team began a campaign of perfection that no other organization had ever achieved – or has ever matched. This beer is made in honor of that achievement. Undefeated Saison is blended with Chardonnay and Pinot Gris grape juice and bottle conditioned with Champagne yeasts to create a beer that drinks, quite literally, like some fine bubbly. This year’s vintage is aged for months inside Chardonnay barrels lending smooth notes of lemon peel, vanilla, and oak to this effervescent brew.
