Undefeated Saison (2014-2017 Vintage)

In the summer of 1972, Miami’s own football team began a campaign of perfection that no other organization had ever achieved – or has ever matched. This beer is made in honor of that achievement. We use real Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape musts along with saison and Champagne yeasts to create a beer that drinks, quite literally, like some fine bubbly. So raise a glass of this fine, effervescent brew to celebrate the continued and uninterrupted dominance of one of the greatest units to ever take the field.
